Emerging Professionals Network

One of our five core operating principles, which we defined in order to help our people succeed, is empowerment. Our goal is always to equip, encourage and trust our people to make the right decisions.

The Emerging Professionals Network (EPN) is an employee resource group that strives to embody all of the Ferrara operating principles, including agility and collaboration, and create opportunities for emerging leaders to grow both personally and professionally.

The EPN exists to help foster meaningful development and subsequent reinvestment of these learnings back into the business. They achieve this through informational events, social outings, targeted trainings and cross-functional conversation.

Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, are an essential tool for any company that hopes to build a thoughtful, inclusive culture for its employees.
